How does Speak10-10-940 work?
When a person dials 10-10-940 before their long distance call, the call is sent by Bell Canada to Speak Telecom to be processed. Speak Telecom uses the best route to process the call and connect it to the number dialed. Speak Telecom then rates the call at its low rates and sends all the data to Bell Canada for billing. The call then appears on the customers local phone bill for easy billing.
Who can use Speak10-10-940?
Any person who is a Bell Canada local customer who lives in the 416, 905, 613, 519, 705, 647 or 289 area codes of Ontario.
Do I have to signup for the service or sign a contract?
No! Just use it as you go to save money with no extra hassles, commitments or bills.
How is Speak10-10-940 so cheap?
Basically, we buy long distance minutes wholesale from a variety of different carriers at wholesale prices and then pass the savings on to the user. Since all Speak10-10-940 calls are billed through Bell Canada, we also save on the cost of sending out bills.
Can I still keep my current long distance provider?

Calls to Canada and the United States have a two minute minimum and are billed in 30 second increments after that. International calls are billed in thirty second increments after just the first minute.
